Pelicon Hoppy Cola is a carbonated drink created according to the original recipe of the Pelicon Brewery, from selected spices, herbs, and aromatic Citra hops. You can enjoy it chilled at 8˚C, or in a selected cocktail with other drinks. Add a slice of lime and lots of ice to the mix - et voilà!

Hoppy Cola is one of three sodas we bottle at Pivovarna Pelicon. Also check out Hoppy Tonic and Hoppy Collins lemonade.

Ingredients: Water, sugar, roasted barley extract (gluten), acid: lactic acid (vegan), natural flavors: vanilla, Citra hops, cinnamon, orange, lemon, nutmeg, preservative: potassium sorbate.

It contains a good 7 g of sugar, which is significantly less than similar products.

Recipe for a non-alcoholic cocktail:

• Hoppy Cola
• fresh lime juice
• sugar syrup
• mint leaves
• lime slice

Instructions:

1. Shake well in a shaker and mix the lime juice and sugar syrup with a few ice cubes.
2. Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
3. Add Hoppy Cola and stir lightly.
4. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf and a lime slice.
5. Enjoy!
   

Alcoholic cocktail recipe:

• Hoppy Cola
• white rum
• brown sugar
  
• mint leaves
  
• lime slice

Instructions:

1. Mash a teaspoon of brown sugar and a slice of lime in a glass.
2. Break the mint leaves and add them to the sugar mixture.
3. Fill the glass with ice.
4. Pour 0.05 of white rum over ice.
5. Fill the glass with Hoppy Cola to the top.
6. Mix twice with a long spoon.
7. Enjoy!
