Pelicon & Bratinov Hoppy Collins is a non-alcoholic specialty lemonade for mixing cocktails. Like its predecessor, Hoppy Tonic, the lemonade was created at the intersection of the brewing and distilling worlds, in collaboration with the Bratinov distillery.

It is made from squeezed lemon juice and aromatic Citra hops.

With its intense and fresh flavor, it pairs well with a wide range of spirits, bitters, and beers. Because of its strong flavor, it does not break down when mixed, making it ideal for cocktails.

Ingredients: Hoppy Collins is a non-alcoholic soda mixed with lemon juice, sugar, and hops.

Collins is unpasteurized and contains naturally occurring pulp. Store in a dark, cool place. Shake gently and carefully before use.

Recipes and use:
1. You can drink it alone, chilled to 8˚C. 

2. Our favorite cocktail is a Tom Collins with Bratinov #3 gin . Pour 0.3 cl of gin over ice, add half a bottle of Hoppy Collins and a slice of lemon. One bottle is enough for two Tom Collinses.

3. Pelicon radler is also a great drink - mix 0.25 l Pelicon the 3rd Pill and a bottle of Hoppy Collins.
