Our organic yeast dough mix allows us to easily prepare the most delicious sweet rolls and savory pies. The mix is made from carefully selected organic ingredients and organic yeast. The preparation is very simple , as we only need to add water , mix and roll out to any thickness. The dough is vegan and gluten-free.

ECO MIXTURE FOR BUREK WITH YEAST - INGREDIENTS: Dehydrated organic yeast, organic rice flour, organic millet flour, organic corn flour, organic psyllium and salt.

May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds and sesame.

PREPARATION: To prepare, we need 250 g of the mixture for BUREK with yeast and 500 ml of water. In a bowl, mix 250 g of the mixture and 500 ml of water. Stir until the mixture is well mixed with the water. Form a loaf and let it rest for about 20 minutes. You can certainly roll it out immediately, but it will be softer and consequently more delicate. The dough can be used for both savory pies and sweet rolls.

CHEESE FILLING TIP: 750 g cottage cheese, 90 g sour cream, 2 eggs, 6 g salt, 55 g oil. Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl and coat the rolled out dough with them. Cut the coated dough into 4 approximately equal pieces, roll them up and place in a baking dish. Before baking, coat the cheese pie with a mixture of yogurt and oil. Place the baking dish with the contents in a preheated oven with a fan at 180 degrees and bake for about 50 minutes. Cover the pie about halfway through baking, or when it has a nice golden yellow color, to maintain its beautiful color.
