Golden Ring Cheese is a small boutique cheese factory that fulfills its mission in one
one of the most beautiful corners of the Vipava Valley. More precisely, on Sinji Vrh above Ajdovščina , at an altitude of
at an altitude of around 1000 meters . Our specialty is that we are a little special, a little outside the usual framework.

Our cheeses sharpen their flavor deep underground in deep darkness, constant temperature, and high humidity, in the deserted tunnels of an Italian caravel from the beginning of the last century.
We swear by hand-made bread , each loaf receives special care. Each cheese making
is a story in itself, just as each batch of cheese is unique. The milk is cow's, mountain and raw. The ripening period is four months plus. Due to the lower temperature, the cheese ripens a little slower and gains flavor.
