ECO MIXTURE FOR QUINOA BREAD WITH YEAST - INGREDIENTS: Dehydrated organic yeast, organic quinoa flour, organic millet flour, organic rice flour, organic psyllium and salt.
May contain traces of soy, milk, eggs, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds and sesame.
PREPARATION: To prepare, you need 250 g of yeast bread mix and 450 ml of water. Mix 250 g of the mix and 450 ml of water in a bowl. Stir until the mixture is well mixed with the water. The mass will become thicker after a few minutes. Form 4 - 6 loaves of approximately the same size and place them on a greased baking sheet. Place everything together, without rising, in a preheated oven with a fan at 200 degrees and bake for 45 - 48 minutes.
