Aged wine vinegar is made using the classic method of aging in wooden barrels. As it ages, it acquires a darker burgundy color, and the taste of the typical red wine vinegar is richer, fuller and balanced in its acidity.
We added fresh garlic, which enhances the perception of acidity, so you use less vinegar to prepare the salad, while also avoiding peeling garlic and unpleasant pieces in the salad.
The vinegar does not contain any garlic pieces, so strain it before filling.
