The grapes are picked by hand in September.
Process: 24-hour cold maceration, followed by low-temperature fermentation. At least half a year on the lees, the wine is aged strictly in stainless steel tanks to preserve the maximum fruitiness and varietal typicality. With such wines, we do not want to age the wines in barriques, because the woody notes would cover up all the fruitiness that the variety offers.
Color: delicate golden yellow.
Smell and aroma: reminiscent of golden delicious apples, yellow fruits such as dried apricots and floral honey, with hints of sage.
Taste: floral aromas are repeated in the mouth, with secular notes of acacia and jasmine. The wine is stronger, medium-intense with nice acidity, surprising with its aromatic profile and convincing with its elegance in the mouth. It leaves a long and soft aftertaste on the palate.

- fresh and semi-hard cheeses,
- vegetable appetizers.
