Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh basil
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup Butul extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine the basil, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
2. While mixing, slowly add the Butul extra virgin olive oil until you get a smooth paste.
3. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper if necessary.
