Gingerbread cookies are a classic holiday cookie, known for their soft, slightly chewy interior and crackly appearance. The dough is richly spiced with ginger pieces, giving them a distinctive warm and aromatic flavor.

Before baking, the dough balls are rolled in powdered sugar, which creates the crackled surface that makes them so recognizable. The pastry is crispy on the outside, but pleasantly soft and fragrant on the inside - ideal for the festive season or with a cup of tea.

Ingredients: Ginger, egg, lactose-free butter , sugar, salt, baking soda, BG flour (corn starch, bamboo fiber, lentil protein, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, dextrose, industrial psyllium).

May contain traces of soy, milk, celery, nuts, peanuts, mustard seeds and sesame.
